I just received a respond from the Federation of Russian Embassy in Jakarta for the status for the following Refinery in Russia, they stated that the following documents are fake and not issued by the Authority, so be careful with any Oil traders who claimed as a partner of this Russian fake Refinary.
Before I sent a letter of inquiry to the Russian embassy, I was read carefully the FCO which was provided by our trader, there is a question mark with this clause” Seller issues Full Corporate Offer to Buyer. (Buyer formally accepts FCO. A security deposit of USD—0.00—–will be required along with buyer accepted FCO, against non continuation. This is fully refundable after buyer issues Financial instrument) If necessary” I did not agreed with this requirement and I asked my colleague to do DD and finally I found that this trader is not a professional one.
Because of the above experience, I am now asking a support from the Russian Trade Representative in Jakarta to provide us with the genuine Refinery which we can do approaching to buy their products. I do not agree with any opinion that doing oil business directly with Russian Refinery is difficult. Russia is democratic Country and No.1 in oil production. I suggest you to contact the Russian Trade Representative in Your Country.
They send also the following offering letter of their products, but all are fake and we do not recommend any oil Businessman and/trader to consider this fake Company.Their website is : http://www.oao-kalmneft.ru/.
They claimed that OAO Kalmneft was established in May 1994 as a result of the selection of the “Astrakhan Oil and Gas Enterprise” – the structural unit GAP “Nizhnevolzhskneft who performed more than 30 years of work for exploration and production of oil and gas on the territory of Kalmykia. In 1999, the sole controlling shareholder of the company is ZAO PIKoyl headed by Vladimir Boldyrev. Society owns 67.79% of the share capital, or 77.5% of the voting shares of Kalmnefti “of which 38% (provides 51% of votes) management of the company bought in 1999 for 125 million rubles for privatizaitsionnom auction in the Republic of Kalmykia.
